Workmanship Warranty

Play All Day guarantees the quality of our installation. If any part of the work we performed fails because of our workmanship — anchoring, leveling, assembly, or mounting — we will repair it at no cost to you within the coverage period below.

What this warranty covers

• The anchor system and footing we install
• The leveling and plumb of the pole and backboard
• Assembly and all hardware our team torqued to spec
• Mounting and attachment performed during our installation

What it does not cover

• The hoop, backboard, rim, net, glass, or any parts — these are covered by the hoop manufacturer's product warranty
• Damage from misuse, abuse, hanging on the rim beyond rated limits, vehicle impact, vandalism, or severe weather and acts of God
• Normal wear, rust, or fading of the product over time
• Work that has been altered, repaired, relocated, or serviced by anyone other than Play All Day
• Pre-existing or undisclosed site conditions such as unstable soil, drainage issues, or buried obstructions

Coverage period

Play All Day warrants its installation workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation.

How to make a claim

Email install@hoopinstall.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We'll respond within two business days and, if it's covered, schedule a fix at no charge.

This workmanship warranty covers Play All Day's installation labor only and is separate from — and in addition to — the hoop manufacturer's product warranty. Full terms are provided at the time of service.
